Verification Status

A verified badge confirms that a user's identity and accounts have been reviewed and approved by the ReelBaaz team. Verification is required before marketplace users can apply for or accept contracts.

Content Creators

Post the verification code #VERIFY_XXXXXX on each linked social account (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) as a post, story, or bio. Submit the link to the post for each platform. Admin reviews and approves each handle individually. At least one approved handle grants the verified badge. The post can be removed after verification.

Billboard Managers

Verification is based on the UPI ID provided during onboarding. Admin scans the UPI QR code to confirm the registered account holder name matches the user's name, uploads a screenshot as proof, and approves the request. No action is required from the billboard manager beyond submitting the verification request from their profile.

Advertisers

Advertisers are verified after completing their first paid contract. Once a contract reaches execution and payment is confirmed, admin approves advertiser verification. This marks the account as a trusted buyer on the platform.

What the verified badge means

  • ✓ The user's identity or accounts have been reviewed by the ReelBaaz team.
  • ✓ The verified badge appears in the menu bar and on the user's profile.
  • ✓ Unverified users cannot apply for or accept contracts.
  • ✓ Verification can be rejected with a reason — the user is notified and can re-submit.

To start your verification, go to your profile. If your verification was rejected, the reason is shown there and you can re-submit after fixing the issue.
